Indonesian Dragon & Lion Dance Sports Federation (FOBI) is a Federation recognized by the Indonesian government to foster and develop the Dragon Dance, Southern Lion Dance and Northern Lion Dance as Sports. FOBI was accepted as a member of the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) on February 21, 2013. Currently, FOBI is present in 27 provinces in Indonesia and continues to actively carry out activities both at the national and international levels.
Finally, on September 4-8, 2024, Lion Dance through FOBI officially became one of the 65 sports branches competed in the National Sports Week (PON). PON is the largest National multi-event sporting event in Indonesia.
FOBI North Sumatra is the gold medal winner in the Traditional Lion Dance category and therefore, this time, will represent Indonesia in the International competition held in Nanjing, China.
印度尼西亚龙狮运动联合总会(FOBI)是印度尼西亚政府承认的一个联合会,旨在促进和发展舞龙、南狮和北狮运动。FOBI 于2013 年2月21日被接纳为印度尼西亚国家体育委员会 (KONI) 的成员。
目前,FOBI 的足迹遍布印度尼西亚 27 个省,并继续在国家和国际层面积极开展活动。2024 年9月4日至8日,舞狮通过 FOBI 正式成为参加国家体育周(PON)的 65 个体育分支之一。PON 是印尼最大的全国性综合体育赛事。北苏门答腊 FOBI 是传统舞狮项目的金牌得主,因此这次将代表印尼参加在中国南京举行的2024年世界华人狮王争霸赛。
